It is good! No, honestly, the plot is awful and the songs are bad, but it is carried off very well and it's extremely enjoyable. It's about 1000000x better than the horrendous second one. You should see it. Also you get to see Ariel momma. And there are small references to other Disneys which I found entertaining.

I learned I can't add weights to my dumbbells in order to train my body to stop being injured. I figured it would work via classical conditioning.

Chemical suggested it might have been operand conditioning but I'm pretty sure that if my body consciously injures itself it's pretty stupid.
