Default ePSXe help

well im trying to play a Lunar on my ePSXe and every time I start a game there is always something wrong with the sound, it sort of jumps every few seconds and is really irritateing to say the least, can anyone help me out? im useing Pete's OpenGL2 PSX GPU and no matter the settings I cant seem to get the game to play without the sound smurfing up, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: It only seems to happen when they are talking.

You could try using PSXfin. It's worked for every game I've tried on it.

Other than that, it sounds like it might be a plugin problem. Have you tried different sound plugins?

Pete's OpenGL2 plugin is a graphics plugin and not a sound plugin, so that might be why you haven't been able to fix it with those settings. You should try changing the sound plugin that you're using. You can download some from ngemu. Two that have always worked well for me are Eternal SPU and P.E.Op.S. Dsound.
