Pound on the window of the bus and hope that it doesn't shatter and cut your tongue
Motion the people in the bus to get the bus driver to stop
Try to hang onto the bus somehow so you don't have to chase after it
Pull my flamethrower out and use it on my tongue to detach it from the bus

I'm not really sure if I'm allowed to make threads in General Chat when I'm already running a big thread event. I guess I'll take my chances.
And, uh, don't ask me what I was doing that inspired me to make this thread.
Say you're outside on a cold winter day. You slip on the sidewalk and you land face first on a bus. It just so happened that you got your tongue stuck on the metal surface of the bus and it starts moving. What do you do?
Get ready to run like freaking crazy.
Pull out my keys and use one of them to saw my tongue off so I don't have to run.
Flail my arms while scream, "MA ONG MA ONG AH UC AH UC!"
Commit ritualistic seppuku.
I forgot to say my answer so I'll post it now.
I'd probably chase after the bus since I'm used to running after buses now. I'd probably be running after it for a long time if my tongue is stuck that badly though.
Go limp. The bus will pull me by my tongue for however long it takes to detach.
Eat the bus.
