As little as I think I can get away with. Usually keys, wallet, phone. Sometimes iPod, sometimes tissues (good-to-have things, mostly only if I'm wearing a jacket with pockets). If I'm going to school, usually at least a notebook and pen. I hate having to carry a bag with me though, so if I can get away without it I'll leave it.

It depends what I'm going out for. I rarely take my cell-phone with my unless I know I'm gonna need it - therefore I don't bring it for work and I never brought it for school either. It's the same with my wallet.

Caraliz, you're not the only one who carries alot. My bag is full up with all kinds of things "just in case".

I have: Cell phone, packet of tissue, 2 lighters, cigarettes, wallet, mp3 player, pouch for mp3 player, headphones, DS Lite, memo pad, mints and an assortment of stationery which would probably allow me to write a whole bunch of letters lest I get stranded on an island.

Oh my lord. Let's not forget my cosmetic products. I just looked through my purse yesterday and found like 3 different kinds of hand lotion and gum and a book and random things like first aid ointment. I sometimes feel like I'm taking half of my room with me when I go out.
