My PlayStation 2 periodically throws up the fun 'disc read error' message when I try to play PSX games which is always fun. Otherwise, it's just been broken PSX memory cards. Never had anything go wrong with Nintendo or Sega stuff.

Anyone who's never had a broken controller never played the original Mario Party. Aside from some dead analog sticks nothing else has really crapped out on me.
