for the life of me i know what your talking abut but i can't remeber what the damn thing looks like or i could help you, iv got about six different monsters in my head, and don't know which one.
[edit] is the boss right after blk waltz3? if so its the Ralvurahva, and it'll hit you a couple times and flee. so just keep your health high, and just attack him to scare him off.
