    Mistreatment of Foster Child : NEED TO KNOW HOW TO REPORT

    Title says it all.

    I know of a child in foster care that is continually mistreated and belittled, but I do not know how to report it.

    Where and how might I do such a thing?

    NOTE: This is in Washington, Stevens County.
