do you get a reward for killing this Arabian Weapon looking mofo or is it just to prove how truely badass you truely are?

You get satisfaction. Pride is what happens when you beat the living daylights out of Sephiroth without taking damage.

It's actually quite simple. All you have to do is memorize attack patterns and which sequences are part of which set of HP bars. There's plenty of videos of them on YouTube.

The special attacks such as Sonic Blade and Strike Raid also grant invincibility while you are using them. They can prevent you from taking damage from all attacks in the game except Descend Heartless Angel.

It's not difficult to memorize Sephiroth's attack patterns, especially if you use Sephiroth to grind to level 100. After fighting him that many times, he becomes incredibly predictable.

Kurt Zisa was so hard, but actually a fun battle.

The Phantom on the other hand...

The first time I fought Zisa I was not expecting him to appear and I was beaten senseless. He is the second easiest of the 4 superbosses though, Ice Titan is a pushover, Sephy is hard until you get to know his patterns and Phantom is just evil. :/

For fighting Zisa dodge roll is your best friend. Also summoning Tinkerbell after beating his arms the first time is very helpful for healing whenever he locks your Magic.

Nothing but exp and badass recognition. I remember that mother smurfer, it was hard even when I was level 89
EDIT: Although the Phantom was incredibly harder. I was level 85 when I beat him, but it was simply strategy and luck.

Because I'm one hell of a butler.

3 of the uberbosses can be done at the same level you fight the final boss at. The Ice Titan is a matter of standing in a corner and spamming Guard (and not Aero), Sephiroth is memorizing attack patterns and abusing Dodge Roll/Strike Raid (the only matter is how quickly you kill him), and the Phantom is to disable spells, set Goofy to MP Gift only, and spam Stop/Stopra on the clock while matching spells to the color of his ball. For the first two, your Attack stat matters; for the last one, only your MP matters.

The key to Kurt Zisa is to cast Tinkerbell at the outset of the fight, and not to reach the point where she has to restore your HP from death. Of course, with his large area of effect attacks, this may or may not be difficult. For the most part, it most certainly is, as you need ALL of your stats.

Yeah, my Sora has a Tyranitar in his Pokemon party, too.

Aeroga is gotten after you rescue all 99 Dalmatians. So, no.
