I think you gotta wait 6 months and then ask an admin. It's all in the FAQ.

Alternatively you can bug the staff in the private feedback forum until they do it anyway. Worked for me.
You can ask Leeza or Del Murder to change your name if you really want to, but what exactly do you want it changed to?
