I don't get why Theo got the nod against Egypt, he wasn't fit and didn't cover himself in glory at all. Obviously, Fat Frank didn't help by spurning the gilt edged chance he laid on. I don't see Theo as anything other than an impact player for England this time around, he's too inconsistent for my liking.
As for Becks, shame. While I don't think he would have played many games, his presence in the dressing room would have been invaluable. Let's attach him to a pole and parade him before kick offs anyway just to keep spirits up.
