Gutteru Driftu!?
I have seen that it is possible to take certain turns at 255 km/H. Only on turns where there are no obstacles on the outer rim all you have to do is continue accelerating through the turn and the invisible wall outside the track will guide you like a roller coaster.
What is your opinion of this maneuver? Though dangerous can shave off 1 second if used properly. It is most optimal to use when taking a turn where there is a car blocking the outside lane so that normally you would have to slow down to take a tighter turn on the inside lane. However driving off the track onto the gutter will allow you to keep a high speed (Though it will slow you down from 255 to about 220) letting you pass the car. As long as you exit the gutter before the next obstacle it should be effective in that there is no more car in front of you and you exit the turn without loosing too much speed.
