Whether they are a moderator level 2, or the software guru, the EoFF Administrator just needs the power that he's got to... get, I guess. It's not like there's anything else they could do. But let's look at who and why some of these people are here.

Whether he's the one who's keeping the proles under his thumb personally, telling Miriel to do it, or yelling at Momiji, there's no escaping this Enforcer. Bastard.
Flying Mullet is an airborne virus with the ability to grow long tresses of dead skin in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, he's gone and left EoFF to have his own life. Maybe the award will be a good parting gift for the man and all of the work he's done in the past years. But the Ciddies only apply for 6 months. Damn.
Kawaii Ryűkishi the tentacle man. Hide daughters and extremely attractive women, especially those of the younger than 12 variety, as they are the most vulnerable to his extremity-based style of interaction: the snide comment and "hello" handshake. He should win for the awesome of his handshake.
