Sorry AK I genuinely was just kidding around then. I happen to quite like German myself, as Rye does, but I can certainly understand it's not for everyone.
Not a problem. I can generally admit I inherited some.. disposition towards the german people from my grandfather. It's not something I would say to my children, but when you hear the stories your grandfather went through in WWII.. it's hard not to get affected in any way.

But no matter how butch the language is, I still use it a lot.. it gets lodged in there. :P The country itself is pretty neat, good economy and a generally decent goverment.
