The only movie-to-game Square has ever done to my knowledge, unless Super Mario RPG is supposed to be adapated from the Super Mario Bros. movie, which is unlikely.

Ha, that looks awesome! I had never heard of this before.
Kept reminding me of Metroid... but perhaps that's because that game was inspired by the Alien franchise.

It did remind me of Metroid a fair bit too.
Also I think that final scene really does sum up what I consider to be a "huge hostile body."
