Concerning Odin, I think it will turn into the horse.
Carbuncle looks quite cute, it being turned into a CD sounds wrong.
Finally, as long as theres one last cinematic attack, Ill be happy.
According to several sites it has been confirmed that Odin indeed transforms into a horse. The names of his attacks are supposedly quite ridiculous. I found most of it here.
