In the 2nd line when I say it can be used to defeat the most powerful enemies, I'm saying its very helpful.

I'm not too sure why a reasoning is needed if it's wrong but I'll humor you. Something that can exceed an ally and help defeat a foe? HP Plus materia sounded about right. Put's your characters past where their HP level should be and extra HP is quite helpful when going up against a boss, plus there's no command for it.

Also, I think we all get your hints, it's just that you keep repeating yourself that's making this harder and it keeps our guesses limited to items and commands, even though you've stated it's neither.

I wanted to know your reasoning to see exactly where you went wrong during your thought process. The actual thing I'm talking about exceeds the powerful ally, rather than helping a character to exceed.
