I'm pretty sure Midgar is the only place where one can find a "wire".
I'm pretty sure Midgar is the only place where one can find a "wire".
For some reason I'm thinking the scene when Aeris dies?
The wires being that Sephiroth called Cloud a puppet
The poison being when Sephiroth tried to control Cloud into killing Aeris.
The truth was worse because she died after anyway.
Failure was the only option because either Holy failed and/or Aeris died.
Toxic Frog?
You guys are getting warmer, but none are right so far.
Also, I'll only accept a straight forward answer. I see a lot of ideas being thrown around, but very few answers being offered.
Is it the final battle inside the lifestream?
Is it the event in which Tifa helps Cloud unlock his true memories and come out of his comatose state, after the party finds him in Mideel after falling into the lifestream?
Strength is not always determined by numbers, - Perhaps this means that Cloud finds strength through himself and Tifa to confront the truth?
Nor is it found in the tug of the wires. - A reference to Jenova/Sephiroths manipulations of Cloud?
The truth is sometimes worse than the poison that preceded, - To come free of his Lifestream "poisoning" so to speak, Cloud unlocks the true memories of the Nibelheim incident
When you realize failure is the only option. - Realising that he was never a SOLDIER, and failed to be accepted as one?
YAY!!
Your guesses were pretty much spot on, and lead you to the correct answer, but I'll share what I was referring to when I wrote this anyway.
Strength is not always determined by numbers, - Refers to Cloud never being given a number tattoo by Hojo.
Nor is it found in the tug of the wires. - Ditto
The truth is sometimes worse than the poison that preceded, - Ditto
When you realize failure is the only option. - Again, refers to Hojo considering Cloud a failed clone.
Wow. Now that I think about it, another way to interpret the numbers would be to consider that Cloud's mind is divided into bits in the "psyche dive".
Awesome!
It's been about 3 years since I hung out on these forums, so I'm a bit out of practice at making riddles. I'll try and come up with one in the next day or two, but if someone has one already they'd like to put up, feel free.
Alright here goes. You guys might get this straight away, not sure how hard you'll find it.
The Heliotrope bounty
Following tragedy most final
Descent gains potency
Ascend on with the great chronicle
^Don't get too general. Or you could say: "Is it a part of the entire game? Yes? I win!"
Is it the release of WEAPONS?
Helitrope is a flower. Is it the Desert Rose?
Enjolras is back yay! Is it the final cutscene after you beat Sephy?
