i just downloaded ff7 to my ps3 for 10 bucks (much better than the 50 ihad to shell out for the last disc copy i got) and now im about to test it.

My mate got it and he rinsed his way through it. I'm surprised he retained his skills after so long without it. Fortunately I still have the original PS1 version.
Can you use the analogue stick with it or is it just compatable with the d-pad?
the analog stick is used as the L2 & R2 buttons... gonna make the stamena trick in the Chocobo Race pretty difficult...
I didn't think FFVII used the L2 + R2 buttons, just L1 + R1...
