Question about the Blue Magic "Pep Up"
According to a guide I'm using, the Blue Magic spell "Pep Up" can be learned from a Mithrl Dragon. However, I don't get how I'll learn it. Is it possible to make it cast this on me? Will I automatically learn it if it uses it on one of its allies? o.o
Edit: Also, how would I learn Moon Flute, or any other defensive Blue Magic?

Some enemies have to be controlled in order to make them cast certain Blue Magic spells on your party members. Beastmaster class, I think, has the ability to control enemies. Maybe.
^Yes, and some of the best Blue Magics are hidden this way.
For Moonflute, I believe you can get it earliest from the Jackanapes/Garkimasiras/ugly demon thing enemy in Walz Castle basement.
I won't have to grind too much to be able to capture things like Mithrl Dragons, will I?
No it should be the level 1 or 2 ability

Edit: I captured a Goblin, and when I released it, I was surprised to see a Flare spell hit for 1000 damage. Why don't goblins do this normally? And why did I decide to use it on a bee?
