Has there ever been that one amazing song by that band you never really paid mind? That one song that was unlike any the band had ever written, that stood out and made you wonder why there aren't more like it?

I give you Kings and Queens, by Aerosmith. I always thought Aerosmith was pretty cool, but then I heard this song (thanks to GH: Aerosmith, yeah yeah I know) and was completely awestruck. "Whoa, this is Aerosmith?!", I thought. I was taken aback by this song, and now it's up there with my all-time favorites.

I'm interested to see what everyone has to offer.

I never listened extensively to other Canned Heat songs, but I've never heard anything from them that was anywhere near what Going Up to the Country was.

Wonderful by Adam Ant. I love this song but for years never knew who did it. I was completely blown away when I learned that Adam Ant did this, I was more familiar with his works from the 70's and 80's.
