A guy yelled at me over the phone once. Basically, he needed to pay for his suit and the alteration costs beforehand which, as a newbie, I didn't know at the time. I told him to his face that I didn't know and that I would check, and hold the suit for him until I knew. After I'd found out later that day, I gave the guy a call to fill him in on the new info. He got angry and told us that he was a very important man and even knew the mayor of Bristol. Yeah. He actually said that. Even better was the fact that we allowed him to have the alterations made and to pay for it all afterwards, which he claimed made his life very difficult. Except that it obviously didn't, because the day on which he would need to pick up the suit remained the same. Also, after having claimed he needed the suit by Friday (we had already told him it would be available by Wednesday), he didn't pick it up until 4 weeks afterwards. And by "he", I mean his wife. Yeah.
Dickhead customers are just dickheads that you can't be rude to. That rule really sucks.
