Hopefully it'll just contain the tweaks that were made for the NA version instead of being a "Dissidia Final Mix+", that'd be pretty messed up to make something like that right after the English version is released.
I wouldn't put it past SE to that though, they pretty much always screw us over with the special editions.

It'll be about 18 hours before I can actually get my copy, though it'll be a bit before I play it. The New Batman is out then too, and after playing the full game (Gamestops display was allowed to throw it on before the actual release) I can safely say this game is easily taking priority.

Universal Tuning is just a new version for the japanese with all the tweaks that the english version got.

Its true that for what we know now, the game has all the features from the english version but I wouldn't be surprised if SE throws in one or two things to make it more special than the English version like they do for most of their International/Final Mix special editions.
