I couldn't even bring myself to watch that whole video, I wanted to send her to jail for that unlawful, blatant idiocy.

As for the stupid person... I have to say my step-dad. He is intelligent with anything thats his job, but with everything else he's all 6's and 7's if you catch my drift. ;D
