With Liverpool being the capital of culture 2009, it's really interesting to visit and photogragh; graffiti artists are not only allowed but some are even payed to grafitti on the walls.

Beautiful black and whites Zeldy
I see a bit of graffiti since I live near a city, there is just something about graffiti that makes it seem so natural and beautiful in its proper setting.

True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...

They all look really nice but the alignment of this one bugs me a little. It seems a little too centered. There is a lot of dead space in certain areas that made me skim over this picture to get to the next one. Didn't quiet catch the eye as well.
Otherwise these are really good. I wondered what liverpool looked like
Well there's a new part and old part of Liverpool, the older part has all the graffiti. I wish I had taken more, of the dock, china town and all the other graffiti. Thanks for the comments!
Lekana, I just liked the simplicity of that one. I did think it was quite boring though too, it is lacking in something definitely.
Nice to see some photos of my home city! I also thought it was quite refreshing to see some photos of Liverpool that weren't of the usual things like Liverpool One, the Liver Building, the Albert Dock and so on. I should imagine that some of the newer parts of Liverpool are a bit too pristine to have graffiti on them at the moment, but last I went to Liverpool about a fortnight ago it was still a big building site in parts.
Not my words Carol, the words of Top Gear magazine.
You have a building called a Liver Building?
o.o
I like the first one the most. The cross pattern is interesting, and it has a great sense of space (i.e. the tunnel draws you in, creating 3D).
