Yes when the overall game is finished (ie 3 first rounds without anyone voting) then whoever has the most points wins! I guess I really should have explained that at the begining!

I would also like to point out that contracts and bets must fall within the timelimit. Contracts or bets made outside the time limit will not be counted!
