In theory I'd run over the little bastard causing no danger to the traffic, but in the heat of the moment I would probably swerve off the road and hitting an old woman raking her lawn, splitting her body in two and pinning her bottomless torso to a fairly large rock formation. Then I'd probably take over her life, starting where she left off with raking her lawn. Hopefully nobody will ever notice we swapped lives.
