Oh Em Gee! Profile unsuccessfully loaded? Help.

Using Vista, got a message that my profile didn't successfully load when turned my computer on (background was different the normal anything specific to my profile wasn't there). Ran a test for spyware and registry problems, no spyware, very few registry issues. Running a comprehensive scan of all files, so far 78,000 are done and not a single risk. I've tried logging in and out already, I'm going to restart my computer once the scan is complete.

Anyone have any ideas what's wrong with my lappy?

Okay, so it's nearly all fixed, except I can't get Google Chrome to work.

EDIT: What the smurf? Now Mozilla isn't working. I'm connected to the internet, full bars, and my browsers won't load the internet?
