For airships, definetly the Blackjack. I like that its a casino, its got shops, it can hold my huge party, and its actually really fast.

Course one of my favorite modes of transportation is being shot out of a cannon in Secret of Mana. That never really got old form.

The Yggdrasil from Xenogears was pretty snazzy too.
