...idk iv never played any megaman games so i havnt the foggiest as to what shes talking about so could some one give me the answer to what she needs. please please please.

- and 9 : input a 9
- too : "too" is used to emulate the sound of 2
- tonight: The hardest part of the riddle, meant to be the contraction of 2 9
- makes 11: just input that. 1 1
