It was playing at the Fantasia Festival (movie festival in Montreal) this year and I went with my friends. The 4 hours go by surprisingly fast.

I saw The Fantastic Mr. Fox movie and I have to say it is the randomest movie I've ever seen.
It was decently funny, I suppose.

The last movie I watched was Picture Perfect because nobody wanted to watch Green Bay destroy the Lions.

    The movie sucked.

    Fantastic Mr. Fox

You can tell its a Wes Anderson film, its definetly got his humor and yes, it is random but in a good way really. The stop motion is off putting at first but really works for the film. The soundtrack as usual is quirky and works well with the film.

Moon. Kind of disappointed with this one. Its neat to see independent British sci-fi films being made but this one just didn't do it for me.

Sion Sono's Suicide Circle, suggested by Jeremy.

I'm still kind of speechless at the moment. Needless to say, I've never seen a movie that made me uncomfortable. This one did.

And that's amazing. Definitely one of the best films I've seen in a very, very long time.

I'll be watching Noriko's Dinner Table and Love Exposure very soon.

Last night I watched Year One and I just have one question: Who the smurf thought it was a good idea to make this movie?
