    I actually enjoyed Oz..

I wish they'd do a film production of "Wicked" though...

    EDIT:

You're right about John Goodman actively working. I just meant that I'm glad he's doing well and is still in the game as an actor. I genuinely do think he's great at what he does. Same with Shia LeBouf. I've been a fan of his ever since he was on "Even Stevens".

    Predators.

Good movie with the exception of the presence of Topher Grace. Maybe if the character had been portrayed by Elijah Wood or with Wood's characterization that made Kevin from Sin City so memorable.
    Jack: How do you know?

Will: It's more of a feeling really.

Jack: Well, that's not scientific. Feeling isn't knowing. Feeling is believing. If you believe it, you can't know because there's no knowing what you believe. Then again, no one should believe what they know either. Once you know anything that anything becomes unbelievable if only by virtue of the fact you now... know it. You know?

    Will: No.

If Demolition Man were remade today

Huxley: What's wrong? You broke contact.
Spartan: Contact? I didn't even touch you.
Huxley: Don't you want to make love?
Spartan: Is that what you call this? Why don't we just do it the old-fashioned way?
    Huxley: NO!
    Spartan: Whoa! Okay, calm down.
Huxley: Don't tell me to calm down!
Spartan: What's gotten into you? 'Cause it sure as hell wasn't me.
Huxley: Physical relations in the way of intercourse are no longer acceptable John Spartan.
Spartan: What? Why the hell not?
Huxley: It's the law, John. And for your information, the very idea that you suggested it makes me feel personally violated.
Spartan: Wait a minute... violated? Huxley what the hell are you accusing me of here?
Huxley: You need to leave, John.
    Spartan: But Huxley.
    Huxley: Get out!
Moments later Spartan is arrested for "violating" Huxley.

By the way, that's called satire. Get over it.

    Much Ado About Nothing
I loved this. It was truly a Joss Whedon film, a load of his great actors in it just being brilliant. It was so subtle in its humour and I just adored it. Amy Acker was on fire, as was Fran Kranz() and with a hilarious performance from Nathan Fillion and Tom Lenk too.

I just loved this, and I urge any of you Shakespeare fans to go see it too!

    ROFLZ hell no, Miriel!

    I downloaded that beesh.

I wanted to see it in the theater, but by the time I got the chance, it was no longer playing.

I rarely go to the movies. I fall asleep/get bored/really antsy. I like having the option of getting up and doing something else instead of sitting in the dark with loud speakers making me go deaf, surrounded by a million strangers I don't know laughing and talking loud and generally annoying me. Actually that's not entirely true. I'll wait like a month or two and go on a monday morning when I know the theater will be mostly empty.

I have now finally seen Moonrise Kingdom. I can't say how this compares to Wes Anderson's other films as it is the first one I have ever seen, but I enjoyed it a lot.

You ought to check out Wes Anderson's other films! Moonrise Kingdom is great. Any of his other films will probably do it for you if you liked that one. The Royal Tenenbaums is my favorite movie

I'm actually watching Life Aquatic as we speak. Unfortunately, I don't have any other of his movies. I'm planning on buying some more of his films as soon as I start having an income. I've been wanting to build up my movie library.

    The Last Exorcism Part II Unrated;

    5/10-
It was more of an, "I feel bad for this poor sheltered girl' movie, than a horror movie for me. I appreciated the unbeatable evil side of the latter part of the story but I was largely let down by the amount of build-up throughout the first half and lack of showmanship at the end.

Because I'm one hell of a butler.

The 1st Last exorcism was the one where it ended up being all Blair Witch Project-y wasn't it?

    Blair Witch Project...

Yes, it still flips me out. I love watching stuff like that during the fall around Halloween. Scariest Places on Earth, Ghost Hunters, yeah buddy.

    Anywho.

Pain & Gain... I give it about a 7/10.. I thought it was gonna be funnier than it was. And was surprised that Rebel Wilson & Tyreeq (SP? .....'member!? Tamera's college boyfriend? Or whoever the smart one was?).. I also fell asleep, so I only remember bits and pieces of it.

I just watched Troll Hunter. It is probably one of my favorite found footage films now. It's so silly, but it's just really fun to watch.
