Spent about three hours on this pencil drawing of my nephew Ivan:

the shadow work looks really really cool!

the eyes seem a bit weird..

I agree the eyes look a little glazed (though perhaps that's an accurate portrayal of the kid) and the top of his nose seems to blend in with the rest of the face. But overall it's really well done. The shirt, especially, looks very realistic (I like the folding details, etc.).

It looks like you did a pretty good job of picking out the right tones and shades to use, but they seem kinda blocky? Need more blending, I guess.

But I don't know about art. Art falls in two categories for me: Ones I love, and ones I hate. And this falls under love.
