Agreed. Also, having a party made up of characters who decide to argue and kill each other when you're halfway through an important area.
Try Val, Vicki, Minsc, Edwin, AND Keldorn.

Agreed. All of these characters will attempt to kill at least two of the others at some point. It was crap.
