Modders please help!

If you haven't seen it already these are vids of halo with a Predator like effect to them.

the videos were made useing Magix software but I would like to make this a real mod. The trobble is I have the Halo modding Kit but have no Idea if this can be acheived.

Any help would be graitly appreciated.

Have you ever modded a game before? I don't think it's something you can just do on a whim.

This might not be the best place to ask about it either. Maybe *someone* might have some experience or tips, but a site that is more attuned to modding PC games might net you better/faster results.

I have made changes to the game itself and to the maps, but this would be an entirly different thing from just a simple gun mod or moddel swich.

Gotcha. It seems like it would be a visual trick. I have played games where you can change the visual effects, but it's probably a lot more intensive on the design side than just moving a few colour sliders around. I suppose you could edit all of the individual textures, but that doesn't sound like fun at all.

Unless you can create a color filter that cane switch spectrums. I guess I just need to figure out how it would be configured in the editor.

Anyone have any sugestions? Is there another program other than the Halo dev kit I could use to do this or is it more complicated than that?
