I don't expect this thread to last long.

Am I the only one with a game of Final Fantasy VIII that has to access the menu at least twice before I can save at a Save Point? This is the only FF I have this (minor) problem.

And no, I'm not a newcomer to this game, I just never asked this before.

Yeah I've noticed this happen a few times, can't remember if the same thing happened to me in FFVII too. It's a bit irritating but nothing more thankfully.

I always get a bit annoyed with some of the delay from loading the save screens. I remember it being a problem for all the disc based FFs. Though I'm more frustrated with Dissidia cause trying to back out of accidentally saving is like an act of god that takes the game and your PSP asking if you are ok with it...

It has happened, but it was never a common thing for me.

Only happens when you move after the speech bubble appears on how you are allowed to save your game.

Nearly always happened to me. I didn't move after the text bubble popped up, at least not until I realised that was how I could actually make it work. It was slightly annoying but I got by.

i hit this problem sometimes.i always move after the speech bubble...heheh...but it was a big problem with ffV on anthology,i know that much.
