I handle a job interview like I'm myself. I have the outlook that if they don't like me as me, then I'm fine not working with them. With less than a semester of college education and usually no idea for what position I'm actually interviewing, most of the time I go in with very little to work with. Good thing I have charisma!

So, I just finished the job interview half an hour ago. It was kinda strange - I felt like I was at an oral exam in High School. One guy kept asking me questions and writing things down, while another one just sat and listened and also wrote stuff down. It wasn't quite like the other job interviews I've been to. I got asked things like, "What would you do if a 9th grader acts up and causes trouble in the middle of the class?" and "Do you want to be a school teacher in the future?".

I think it went alright, though. If I get it I'll have to teach 5th graders math, 7th graders Danish and 9th graders social studies (the latter could possibly turn out kinda nerve-wrecking, since I don't remember too much of that social studies stuff). But yeah, it'll be 1.5 months of me having to sort of become like a full-fledged school teacher with all the responsibilities that come with it. - They'll call me next week to let me know how things are and such.

I've been on a few in the past two years and none of the got me a job. I'm usually nervous beforehand, but all that goes way when I'm there. The last one I had which was a year ago I got the impression that the interviewer was impressed with me. I called him a few times to make sure they didn't forgot about me and the guy said one time that I had it and he would call me in for training, but he never did and whenever I called back he just told me the same thing. I hate these employers out here, probably I haven't got a job over this time is because of lack of experience, but how can they expect me to have any if they don't give me the chance?
