    The only thing I thought was a little peculiar was that they gave you Golem (assuming you buy it in the WoB) with Stop at a rate of x5, yet when you get Fenrir in the WoR after the Phunbaba fight, Stop is at a x3 and X-Zone is a x5.

    That one made me scratch my head. It would've been redundant to give Stop a x5 with two different espers, but why make it slower to learn than X-Zone with Fenrir?

    It's probably just so you can have more than one character learn the same spell at the same time.

    I never really thought about it that much though; since I usually just go slaughter Cactaurs and be on my way regardless of the spell being 10x or 1.

    There should have been a relic artifact that increased Esper learn rates. Also, not topic worthy, Warp Spell should take you over mountains and stuff. Why is it localized to towns/dungeons? Make the game too easy.
