Okay so my mom bought me a ring in San Francisco. Size 10. It's a shame that size 10 is TOO BIG FOR ME ARGH.

1- How can I make my finger bigger OR
2- How can I make the diameter of the ring smaller? Keep in mind, this ring is not made of metal.
