Quetzacoatl. I don't count the appearance in Revenant Wings.

Who is your favorite Ultimate summon? (Crusader, KotR, Eden, Ark, Magus Sisters, Zodiark...)
Knights of the Round, though I really dislike the final blow, the rest of it is just awesome.
