An interesting friend of mine at college once borrowed Blood Tea and Red String from the library in a moment of artistic pomposity and invited us to watch it. I lasted about 10-15 minutes before even the comedic value wore off. It was pretty terrible.
I suppose you could include every MST3k'd movie, too.
