My birthday is March 23 and I am 23 years old and I say 23 your mom jokes a day.
We used to play the "24" game in 5th grade. The premise is you get 4 numbers 1-9 and have to combine them in some manner to get to the number 24. e.g. 6, 6, 6, 6 would be 6+6+6+6, or 2634 could be 2*6+3*4.
The one we could never solve was something like 7,7,8,9
25 is the square of 5, which was the diameter (in inches) of a steel encasing that was wrapped around an aluminum bar that I had to find the maximum stresses and torque applied to the system today. We solved this by relating the angles of twist.
December 26 is boxing day, meaning you don't get any more presents...
If you were allowed to rearange the digits 7 + 8!/7! + 9 = 24. We played the same game on trains (our train carriages conveniently have 4 digits identifications) so we had some pretty messed up functions towards the end of highschool.
