Well in terms of the Wii, New Super Mario Bros will be out this year(Nov 15), as well as the FF:CC Crystal Bearers(Dec 26). On top of some other great games like Muramasa, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Punch Out, Boy and his Blob... there's definitely good games out there for the Wii this year.
Plus the price cut on the actual system to 200 bucks that's effective this sunday.
Oh, and Monolith Soft is working on Monado.
Sony though pretty much all japan only (as of now)

That was a pretty weak showing from Sony to be honest. Nothing I didn't expect. I was at least hoping for one announcement to take me off guard. Oh well. Seems like a lot of the focus was on their motion control. The idea of using the dualshock in one hand is kind of messed up. It looks like they are just ripping off the Wii as well. Plus with only a handful of games supporting the device, I really don't know how Sony are going to make a success of it.Originally Posted by ljkkjlcm9
The Yakuza 4 trailer was pretty interesting. Sure, I didn't understand what was going on, but it still looked cool. Pretty bummed to hear that GT5 won't be released till 2010. They said at Gamescom that it was going to be released this year. What a blatant lie. There was also some new Last Guardian footage released but I found it pretty underwelming.
The show still has a few more days. I'm interested to see what Microsoft shows with Natal. Apparantly Kojima is going to be there, so it'll be something worth looking at I'm sure.
So, I saw the Peace Walker trailer. I'd say I'm pretty sure I'm going to get it.

Downloading the demo as we speak and loved the Peace Walker trailer. I can believe Kojima when he said the game could easily be called MGS5 after watching that trailer.

TGS was pretty tame this year. I'd go as far to say that its been the worst show thus far. At least this years E3 was pretty good.
On the contrary, I'm all jittery with excitement now.
