Only most of Amano's women have blonde hair there are notable exceptions and I would argue Tifa's hair color in the Amano picture is albino, not blonde.

I love Terra's sprite but I have fallen in love with the original Amano design. After using it as my master's to draw in my art class I really grew to appreciate his design of her better. Besides, her Dissidia color scheme is a little too bold when she's in her alternate uniform. They really needed to tone down her green hair and red dress cause they create a bit of an eye sore.
