The Season Three episodes were available to watch on AdultSwim.com as they premiered on Adult Swim proper. You'll probably be able to catch Season Four that way, too.
I agree with what appears to be the consensus that Season Three was unbalanced towards fleshing out characters' backstories instead of presenting more compelling action adventures, but Season Four is presenting some pretty significant changes to the status quo (Brock no longer works for the Ventures; the boys are no longer being cloned, so they're actually aging; etc.) that should give way to some very interesting developments. I'm looking forward to it.
Oh man am I ever! I freaking love that show. That's all I really look forward to on Adult Swim anymore.

Rough Venture Episode?
Has the first episode of the Venture Brothers Season 4 been leaked? The title says Imaginary Episode but the drawings and some of the voices are to high quality to be some sort of fan work. A souce at Soup 2 Nuts has confirmed this is the real deal. I don't know for sure though
