Australia is the underdog in all the sports that I follow. We are ridiculously patriotic, but we also support others who are the underdog. I remember watching a tennis match where the foreigner was cheered for more by the crowd then the Australian player. Of course it was that girl with the jerk father, I don't remember. Tennis isn't my sport either.
