Can you fix it to when you watch something with Dual Audio to have it start in English with Subtitles off? I know how to set the audio to English and turn subtitles off, but I was just wondering if there was a way to get it to start that way.

If it's a MKV file and you use the Haali splitter (you're probably using it if you have CCCP installed), then you can go into Haali's options (rightclick from tooltray) and set the preferred language for audio and subtitles
