Kefka or Terra?

It took me a few years to realise there was actually someone riding on the magitek armour in the Final Fantasy VI logo and for the last few years I assumed it to be Terra, but now on closer inspection i think that the silhouette can just as easily pass for Kefka, granted there arent many scenes in the game depicting Kefka in Magitek armour.

Who do you think is in the logo?

Meant to be terra imo because of the swishy rapier. But maybe it was ambigousou to PROVOKE QUESTION ABOUT THE NATURE OF GIOOD AND EVIL AND IDENTIYTYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Terra, but I did have a friend once argue with me that it was actually Edgar since he too has a ponytail. The fact is, Terra is the one most associated with the Magitech armor so it would really be a surprise if it wasn't her.
