Absolutely not.
Though when people are douche bottles about the warn button I tend to yell at them directly, so if you have received no crap from me then you're probably good on your button usage.
That said, I still find that a good half of what's reported shouldn't have been. So, note to peeps: if something you reported wasn't taken care of within, say, fifteen minutes (an hour, max) then that probably means it was a stupid thing to report.
