xD Looks like I might as well give everyone who currently has a state a second state and while I'm at it, I'll include a second city for one of their two states. That means, one new state and one new city. Anyone who owns a city can have a second city in another state.
To claim your second state and/or city, please use the map and draw where you want your new state and where you want your capital located. Your new state must also not be adjacent or near your current state, and must be within reasonable size.
Apparently, I have been declared banished.
K, I got my second state and the second cities for both states.
State name: Irvilles
Capital City: Irvine
Primary Resources: Salt, gold, tourism.
Military: A massive army of cowards.
Transport Network: Bullet train.
Second City: Irvitallia
Corgis Corgum's Second City: Corgtopia
The blue squares represent major cities that are not capitals.

Now, I Have Carved Up My States Using My Godlike Powers, Just Like Simcity.
I Have Very Slightly Changed My New Green State. The Northeasten Tip Is Altered.
My Main State Has Also Been Altered, I Have Created A Lake And A Tiny Island, Where Me, Balthier, And Faithwontfall resides.
Anyway, some info about my second state.
State Name: Serenia
Run By: Me. Balthier Himself Has Limited Ownership Too (He Prefers Balthier Rocks)
Capital On The Island: Gardenia
Main Resource: Tourism, Greenery, Tranquil.
Mayor: Faithwontfall, or I could hire another mayor, so that Faithwontfall has Baltheir Rocks and her city, and another mayor could have their city in Serenia.
Or, Faith can have another city. And I can have another person with their two cities or one.
Possibilities!
So Yeah. Thats that. OnlyIs Who will have their city there? Ill Ask Rhi And she if shes interested.

Balthier Rocks, I would like to add your new state, but I specifically said, and I quote.
Your new state (Serenia) is located just above your current state (4. Balthier Rocks), and that is against what I've stated. Please find a relocation.
