I decided that my friend should have a Halloween party for his birthday, the day before I found a pretty cool hat and for some reason decided to be a black mage. Although it makes sense this being EoFF, I barely play FF xD

I was going to wear my GW Crimson Ancient Ritualist Armor cosplay (similar to a mummy)... but alas a horrid head cold kicked in and ended up going nowhere.
Shlup's costume is the best ever! How did you do the tentacles? Or is it an under the sea-cret? =O
Apparently, England is really lame in terms of dressing up on Halloween, even though everyone dresses up for theme parties with gusto every day, so I didn't go all the way with this one. Plus, I have little tolerance for cold.
I still felt cute though! Sailor time!

Rye: I just sewed the tentacles and stuffed them! They're made of three pieces of material; I just free-handed it. I cut a bunch of circles out of lighter purple fleece and hot glued them on. Also, when I scolled to that first pic I was like "Who is that attractive couple?" and then remembered, oh yeah, Hux is handsome now. Cuuute!

My costume went through a few different phases throughout the night, including...
...Octofett...
...and Octochrist (with Boba Fetish).
I do not think it bad for a last-minute costume, a quick trip to a thrift shop, and a gift bag from Target! Add electrical tape, a t-shirt, and old slacks for a victory combination!

You all have really good costumes, but Shlup's is one of the most awesome costumes I've seen in a while. It's very adorable.
